Meet Our Leadership

Rick Hall
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Serial software entrepreneur with nearly four decades of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and enterprise software. Rick founded G4 Analytics in 2001, building a platform delivering sales, marketing, and supply-chain analytics to the consumer goods industry — later acquired by Nielsen. He served as SVP of Sales Analytics at Nielsen leading global sales effectiveness practices before co-founding Coginiti. Under his leadership, the company has grown to serve 400+ organizations across Fortune 500 and government, raising venture funding and relocating headquarters to Atlanta.

Matthew Mullins
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
Technology leader who owns both engineering and product at Coginiti, bridging cognitive science and data engineering with deep expertise in analytics infrastructure and platform architecture. Matthew has spent his career building systems that make analytical thinking more collaborative and reusable — a regular conference speaker at venues such as Snowflake Summit, All Things Open, and CDAO Symposium. He holds a BA in Philosophy and Management of Information Systems and graduate degree in Philosophy with an emphasis in Cognitive Science from Northwestern University.

Rob Brown
Director of Sales
Enterprise technology veteran with 25+ years of experience spanning Oracle, IBM, and the Salesforce ecosystem. Rob has held leadership roles including Product Specialist at Oracle (middleware and BI), Go to Market Leader for Salesforce Industries and AI at IBM, and CRO/VP of Sales at Elements.cloud and Strongpoint — driving enterprise sales growth across data-intensive markets. His blend of technical depth in enterprise data infrastructure and relationship-driven selling makes him a natural fit for Coginiti’s mission to govern business logic across complex, multi-platform environments.
